Kim is very easy to work with. She listens to concerns and makes considered suggestions. She set up several open houses and contacted some of her colleagues to let them know about some of the amenities in the house. She diplomatically explained some of the questions posed by potential buyers. She helped us find reliable tradespeople to prepare the house. Kim scheduled the showings and the ultimate closing of the house. She kept us informed at all times. We appreciate her professionalism and enthusiasm.

I have purchased five homes within the past 30 years and have had mixed experiences with realtors during that time. Kim's work ethic, experience and knowledge is head and shoulders above all of the realtors I have worked with in the past. She is really more than a realtor. if you are working with her to sell your home, she has numerous resources who help get your home ready (i.e., carpenters, plumbers, painters, etc.) who are VERY reasonable, reliable, and timely. Kim's network of resources is also very impressive when purchasing a new home. Whether you need a loan officer, home inspector, lender, etc., her relationships are very solid and will work with you well beyond your final closing. For example, the loan officer we used for our most recent mortgage was a professional Kim uses regularly. He helped us answer mortgage questions that arose a year after we closed. He took the time (more than a week) to find answers for us and he did this at no cost. Very solid, very caring, and very professional. Kim is one of the most flexible, patient and friendly realtors I have ever met, and I do not say this lightly. I have an uncle who is a real estate agent in Indiana and one of my closest friends is a realtor in Indiana. I would use Kim before either of them due to her professionalism, experience and patience. Purchasing a new home can be a stressful endeavor and she does an excellent job walking her clients through the process almost effortlessly.
