Kim is very easy to work with. She listens to concerns and makes considered suggestions. She set up several open houses and contacted some of her colleagues to let them know about some of the amenities in the house. She diplomatically explained some of the questions posed by potential buyers. She helped us find reliable tradespeople to prepare the house. Kim scheduled the showings and the ultimate closing of the house. She kept us informed at all times. We appreciate her professionalism and enthusiasm.
