This is the second time that Kim Hill has "covered all the bases" of the sale of property we had in Gatesville, Texas. The first sale she handled was for the home of my parents. Recently we moved to another city, and needed to sell our own home. Kim always kept us informed about each step of the processes that were being conducted. She included the photo and accompanying information about our property via on-line display, in a brochure, and in a personal letter to our neighbors. This provided information for them to be aware of the sale, and included the request for their input to someone else who might be interested in viewing our location. Not only were all her actions professional and businesslike, her personal friendship added to the feeling of security that we felt about receiving the best considerations for the value of our home. We heartily recommend Kim Hill when a reliable realtor is desired, because she will be a person in whom complete confidence can be placed for honesty, integrity, and knowledge of how the market is working at any specific time.

If Kim Hill is not your agent, you are not working with the best realtor in the business. I can honestly say that working with Kim and her team has been one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had when buying our home. Looking for a new home with the anticipation of moving is stressful enough without having to second guess the person representing you to another party. Having bought and sold property and homes in the past, I was not inexperienced in the process, yet Kim was able to bring things to my attention that even I could not have anticipated. In negotiations with the other party, Kim provided advice and recommendations that not only worked for us, but also the other party which ended up as a win-win for everyone. I could always depend on being able to speak to someone in a timely fashion and when I did, they were able to address my concerns, answer my questions and keep me on task without making me feel as though I were ever a bother or a burden to them. In short, I was made to feel and believe that I was if not their only client, one of their most important ones.
