Kim is truly a professional! She was the seller's agent, but I signed her on as mine too knowing full well it could have been the stupidest thing I'd ever do. It turned out to be a great thing. We had a short close and Kim kept everything moving. I'd definitely recommend her!

Kim both helped us buy our vacation home and sell it nearly 10 years later. Over the years she provided useful informaton about the community and we enjoyed staying in touch with her. She was easy to work with, professional, and did a very good job representing our interests and advising us. Beyond knowing her job, and being well connnected to the community, she is also a very nice person.
