We interviewed 3 realtors. The first 2 told us only what we wanted to hear and then asked US what price to ask. Kim took more interest and asked more questions and gave more information in the first 20 minutes that the other 2 combined. She noticed details, good and bad, that the other 2 had not even noticed. She was straightforward about what we needed to do, what we should not bother with, and had local people for work we needed (septic, in particular). She took the bull by the horns. She set an asking price $25K higher than the other two. We then had a buyer, for full asking price, in two days.
