Kim Hamrick

A really great person to work with and knows what she is doing

We decide to put our house on the market during the COVID-19 pandemic and did vitural tours only, Kim made sure we didn’t have a bunch of people coming into our home during the sale. She was always available to answer any questions we had and put our minds at ease. We can’t wait to use Kim when we decide to buy our next home!

"Kim is wonderful to deal with she knows her stuff and works hard to make her cleints happy! "

Kim was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She made me feel very comfortable and was available to me. She made the process a lot easier and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience with Kim Hamrick. She was very good about keeping on top of the new listings and showing us everything we wanted. She made the process very smooth and stress free.

Had a wonderful experience with Kim. She was patient and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable.
