Kim was a very courteous and professional agent from our very first conversation . Her knowledge base with real estate was obvious initially and became more evident as the process continued and became more entailed .She was always available upon request to any of my concerns and she responded as quickly as possible and hence avoided/delayed any fears I had. The process of selling my first house was with Kim and was a very pleasant and informative experience .
