She knows the area, the market and not just did she find me a home, she went the extra mile to show me where the facilities and amenities were located in the neighborhood. She did not have to do that but she did and I appreciate that. In addition, the Seller evidently left the home in a not so clean state so, unbeknown to me me at the time, Kim got stuck in and cleaned and moped floors so that it was "move in ready".
