Kim was easily accessible and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Kim Gammon was very personable and gave the impression that she really wanted to work to meet our goals as opposed to just pushing for a quick commission check. Others we had interviewed with were interested in setting the price low in the hopes of doing little work to get the quick sale. She gave us great insight into the whole process including the appraisal, inspections, and general market in the area. We appreciated the differentiation things she does such as the facebook live video and putting the shoe covers in the house for prospective buyers to wear.

We selected Kim based on online reviews / recommendations from multiple websites. Also of primary importance was Kim being voted "Best of Bucks" multiple years running. And finally we conducted in-person interviews with other brokers to get a feel for their expertise as well as their understanding of our situation. From our first meeting onward we were impressed with Kim and what she accomplished - from marketing materials to scheduling to discussing offers. After my wife sent her pictures, Kim was able to narrow down the list to a very fine level and made every showing worthwhile. Again, she maximized our time with every full day of showings (each trip to the area was a 2.5 hour drive) and she kept track of every comment and all of our needs, refining her search for us with each visit out to PA.

Kim Gammon was absolutely wonderful!! She was our realtor when buying our house and she made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Kim is not only extremely knowledgeable of the area and the process, she is fast, efficient, yet still very patient with you if you have any questions or concerns.
