Leaving NY to relocate in Newtown, PA, we only had the internet to find our real estate agent. I liked what I read in Kim's stellar reviews - which then proved-out in our buying experience, which led to our selling experience. Three years later, an unanticipated family event forced our move from PA. We contacted Kim - without listing the property, she delivered two excellent offers within a couple of weeks. CoVid hit and everything was called off. Months later we had to sell but with CoVid raging, we weren't sure how to proceed. Kim called us out of the blue and asked it we would like her to pursue the original two offers. Relieved, we said yes. Kim re-established contact and immediately re-ignited the selling process. Kim closed our deal exactly as instructed, selling our home with all our furnishings which is simply not done in the area. For us it was mandatory, as we were consolidating homes and did not have the time to sell our furnishings. I cannot imagine the sale working out better for us. We were so thrilled, we gave Kim a second home to sell (we owned a smaller home where my wife's father lived). After setting a very aggressive asking price, which raised our eyebrows, Kim sold that home in two days - except, she sold it for over list price. How does it get better than that???? Kim is very deserving of the awards she has won - and not by slick selling but by being honest, smart, thorough, a good negotiator, resourceful, it goes on and on. My only regret is that we will not be able to use Kim's services where we now live in Florida.
All I can say is if your looking to buy or sell a property Kim is the way to go.
Kim guided us through every aspect of the sale of our house and even helped us move. She helped me find a townhouse in just the development that I wanted. Kim was very reassuring when I got nervous about anything. Kim always returned my calls and or emails.

Kim was able to motivate the seller and seller's agent. She was aggressive with her pricing from the buyer's side despite the smaller commission. She clearly had our best interests in mind.
