Kim Eisen

Since I have known Kim for many years, I knew she would do an excellent job. Did her homework regarding the pricing and current market and set a realistic target price that was still within the high end of the potential market. Kim invested significant time in putting together an excellent marketing presentation that included a really nice set of photos that showcased the house and our property. In this internet age, I believe that is the major marketing effort enabling exposure and a quick sale. Kim was thorough, and was on top of all communications. Kim also presented ideas during the negotiations and prep for a successful closing that kept the process moving forward. I would definitely recommend Kim!

Kim was a joy to work with! She was "just perfect" at everything. We found her as she was trying to find a townhome for another buyer. What impressed us is that she went an extra mile in trying to find a home for that buyer. She sent us a flyer telling us that she had a buyer looking for our home. We had not even put it up on the market yet. We thought with that thought process - she would be just the perfect person to sell our home AND assist us in buying our new home. Kim is very knowledgeable and quick to give suggestions on things. One thing that stood out with her over our last realtor was that she not only helped us prepare our house to get the best price possible, but when we were looking at homes she was sure to let us know of things that might be an obstacle for resale, if we ever decided to move again. That was something we had not necessarily focused on and was very helpful. She was also very responsive and always willing to answer questions.

Kim is wonderful, she was very intuitive and concise throughout the whole selling process. We felt that she helped negotiate the best offer possible for us. Would definitely work with her again!
