A fortuitous random inquiry about a house that was in foreclosure led us to Kim. The house was a comical disaster (Kim was not the selling agent), but we quickly identified that Kim was the type of agent we wanted. She was humble, patient, and down-to-earth. She worked tirelessly to help us find and purchase a home. The home we purchased was a short sale, and the process was complex and took eight painful months. We developed a friendship with Kim and her family, and she has shown us many houses over the years as we decided whether to add on to our home, build, or buy something else. One of Kim’s best qualities is her strong ethnics and commitment to do what’s in the best interest of her clients. We’ve never felt pressured to buy a home no matter how many houses she has shown us. An added bonus is that she has DYI remodeling experience and can assess the quality and potential of a home beyond just cosmetics. Kim is a fabulous agent and would be a fabulous asset to anyone buying or selling a home.
