We sold a house in Minneapolis in the summer of 2020 during the early Covid days. Kim helped us get the house ready to show and arranged an excellent virtual tour which was available on line. She had a good sense of the market value of the house which was higher than we expected and she had an offer from a very motivated buyer above asking price before we went on the market.
