Excellent communication and negotiating skills!
Kim answered every call, text message or email no matter what time of day or night it was. After negotiating and getting us more than we were expecting for the sale of our home, she kept us informed from contract to closing. The vendors she recommended were fair, prompt and professional. I would hire her again and will recommend her to my family and friends!
