Absolutely amazing working with Kim. Three transactions now I've had with her selling and buying properties in the DC area. She is by far the most professional and personable that a realtor could be. Kim makes the buying and/or selling experience completely fun and mitigates most of the common stressors involved. I would'nt recommend anybody else. She will take complete care of your needs and in the process you will befriend her because that's just how awesome she is.

Kim Chamberlain was the best realtor we have ever had. She worked 24/7 to help sell our home and find us a new one. When I was overwhelmed she would call and let me vent. Very knowledgeable about what she's doing and meticulous about all the little details. This was the easiest home selling/buying experiences me or my husband have been through. Made the home buying process an easy task. Took almost all of the "nitty gritty" work out of it due to her knowledge.
