Kim was my sales agent for my condo in Occoquan. Her knowledge of the town and the area generally was exceptional. For instance, she contacted local businesses in town to get marketing materials out. Additionally, she understands the unique value that the town itself adds to a home. Kim explained every step of the procees, including potential situations based on the type of buyer, including what the difference between an FHA or VA loan buyer meant for my sale. Furthermore, she walked me through all of the steps I needed to take prior to a contract offer and kept me informed about what needed to be done after the contract offer through closing. She understood my goals and helped me negotiate a fair settlement with the buyer, got me a great price, and helped me negotiate the inspection repairs to keep my expenses to what I was responsible for.
