What a true blessing it was to meet Kim Bregman (totally randomly) when we inquired about a property online. She certainly did not respond to us like we were strangers - right from Day 1 she made us feel like we had known her for ages! In this current insane real estate market, Kim provided us with incredible guidance and the most accurate up-to-date information on every property that became available. Being new to Florida this was so helpful for us. She even prevented us from entering into a potentially detrimental sale by uncovering some unfavorable “fine print” buried in the disclosure document. Ultimately she helped us find and buy our perfect place - which occurred under extremely competitive and time-sensitive circumstances! Without her expert advice and extensive experience in the real estate industry I am not sure we would have pulled it off!
