Kim showed us several homes that were within our budget and exactly what we were looking for and finally after a few weeks of looking in the area that we lived in before, finding the house on its initial day to see, and the bid was accepted and bought the house, then to find out it was appraised higher than our purchase price, Kim was very much on top of the whole ordeal and we would recommend her to anyone especially in the Pasco county area!
