I CANNOT say enough good things about Kim. She was amazing! I actually feel bad for anyone who doesn't have her as their Realtor. She was that good. Now that I have worked with her, I wouldn't buy/sell a home with anyone else. Kim made the home buying process easy and seamless. She went above and beyond what I would have expected as a Realtor. Kim was easy to reach, kept us updated, stayed in constant contact and always seemed to be two steps ahead. This was my most stress-free home purchase. Usually I am a nervous wreck when buying a house, but Kim just makes you feel calm. She was so knowledgable that I didn't worry about anything. Whatever came up, she knew exactly how to handle it. Even after the closing, Kim was available for any issues that arose or even just to provide referrals for services (plumber, pest control, etc). This was so helpful as I am new to the area. Kim played more than just the role of Realtor, she was also an advocate, concierge, and local expert. I cannot thank Kim enough for all of her help. Do yourself a favor and go with Kim. You won't regret it!
