Kim did a great job in a very short amount of time. She only had to have one Open House and was great at helping to make the house look at its best with lighting and staging. Would recommend Kim to anyone!

Kim impressed us from the start with the sale of our home. Kim was patient, detailed and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process for selling houses in the Volusia and Seminole county area. She is incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling each step with our daily changing schedules. She was professional and responded quickly whether by call, email or text. Also important to us was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes in what we were looking to achieve from the sell of our house. Kim is highly attentive to detail, so much so that she took the time to comment on the colors in our flower beds at the entrance of the house and what may make the presentation better. We changed a couple minor colors and the house sold the next week. She was always going above and beyond our needs and ensured to follow up with us. We felt tremendously grateful for her guidance.
