From our first meeting till the end she was there for every step. She came to help us get our house ready for the sale. Did her magic, and had our first offer the very next day it went on the market. Our house was sold within a week. I am so happy we chose her, I will definitely call her for anything we might plan in the future.
Kim is amazing! My experience with her was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for during this process. Over the years I have bought and sold many houses in two different states and this was, by far, the best experience I have had with an agent. Kim showed a true interest in helping me navigate the entire process, from listing to staging to packing and finally closing the sale. As with any sale, there were challenges along the way. Kim couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire process, from traveling with me to look at many houses and finding homes that fit within my family's budget and had what we needed to helping with all of the contracts and making this process so much easier. I was the executor for my late stepmom's estate which included this home. I contacted Kim and she immediately immersed herself helping me deal with all of the many hurdles that come with an estate sale. After a yearlong legal process and endless family squabbles (I won't go into detail!), and with her working patiently with me the whole time, Kim sold the house and was able to get a price that was 20% higher than I expected. A total professional, Kim never left a single detail unattended. She is a consummate professional in every regard. I don't give five stars to anything I review online with very few exceptions.
