My husband and I recently purchased a home before we met kim and it felt like there were way too many moving parts. With Kim we were able to relax and know that it was all getting done. Kim was excellent. We had a very short time, less than a week to come down and find a new home. She researched our needs, within 2 days, we found our dream home. With both of us wanting different things, she was able to marry our wants and needs! Living out of state, she saw to all the inspections, oversaw the repairs as well as all the paperwork. She was a joy to work with, very patient with me, who is technically challenged. She would be my go to for all purchases and sales. I cannot thank Kim Alexander enough for what she did to make the sell of my house a smooth and stress free process.
