Working with Kiley and Nate to purchase our Florida home while relocating from New York was an absolutely seamless experience. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel smooth and manageable. After we spent time in person meeting with home builders and narrowing down what we were looking for, we returned to New York to prepare for the move. That’s when she truly went above and beyond. She scheduled video calls and walked us through homes in real time, paying close attention to details we might have missed and answering every question we had along the way. She took her time during each showing, pointing out layout flow, finishes, neighborhood surroundings, and even small things like natural lighting at different times of day. Buying a home “unseen” requires an incredible amount of trust, and we felt completely confident putting that trust in her.
