Kia Xiong

I enjoyed working with Kia. At times we had our differences but in the end it worked out. Was happiest when we got showings the day we put it up for sale. Thank you Kia for keeping me informed along the way and getting rid of something that has been burdening me for many years.

Kia was familiar with the house market in which we were interested and was able to provide suggestions, continuous updates on the status of properties and arrange showings on very short notice. This was very important as we were from out of town and needed to act quickly when a desirable property became available. Once we decided on a property, she was able to facilitate the scheduling of inspections and finding the right people to give repair estimates and complete the necessary repairs as well as getting all of the necessary paperwork taken care of for closing. She made herself available on very short notice and made this one of the least stressful house purchases I have been involved in.

Kia, was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. As first time homebuyers the process was time-consuming however, she never complained about how many houses we had to visit before finding the right one. She is extremely accommodating with her schedule and is very easy to work with. Kia never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend her!

Being a first time homebuyer is hard, but I’m so glad Kia was there to help guide us through the process. Although we had ran into some bumps along the way, Kia made sure I was comfortable in all the decisions I was making and she had made the process a smooth one.

Thank You Kia for the very quick sale. You answered all of my questions right away and worked through all of the buyer delays very well. My only criticism is that Kia might be a little too nice when it comes to dealing with requests from the buyers agent
