As a first time home buyer you can imagine how nervous we were. We worried that in this market we would never find anything within our price range. Every weekend and even some weekdays we met up with Khristian so he could show us houses. During our search feelings of frustration would sometimes surface and we swear he could read our minds. We would get random texts from him with words of encouragement. "We got this!" he would say or "your perfect house is just waiting for you. We just gotta find it!" His support and amazing attitude made the process enjoyable and fun! He was in contact with us nearly every day and anytime a house popped up he would send it over and do the research on it. He fielded all our questions and never made us feel like we were asking stupid questions or bothering him. Fast forward to the perfect house. The minute it popped up we sent it to Khristian and his response was, "This one!! Looks goood!" Then he got to work. We knew in our hearts that this was THE home and he did everything in his power to make sure they accepted our offer. He was right... the perfect home was just waiting for us and I truly believe if he wasn't our agent this house would've slipped right between our fingers. His dedication to us and our home was so apparent that even the seller took note. When you have a realtor that is charming, has an amazing work ethic and makes the process smooth the seller and agent notice this and it truly makes a difference. Khristian is funny, laid back and so easy to talk to. He's also extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He is also one of the hardest workers we've ever met. He even went to Las Vegas for a weekend and checked in with us while he was there! Who does that?! Khristian does! If you want someone who is going to do everything in their power to find you the perfect home and make it a fun process this is your guy! It doesn't get any better than him. 10/10 stars!!

Khristian is an amazing realtor!! He is very involved in getting you the right person for your home. In my case a good and reliable tenant. Very easy going,helpful, courteous, extremely confident, dynamic just about ALL you could ask for in a person. He went out of his way to continually ask if I needed any help with anything. Always bubbly and cheerful, great guy!! I recommend him to anyone whether you want to sell or rent he is the perfect realtor who goes that extra mile and gets the job done!!
