Where do I Start......... I started down this road almost 3 years ago trying to get my credit on track and my money in a good spot in order to buy. Khristian has checked in with me the whole time. Guiding me and introducing me to the right people to get me on track. Finally, I was ready and he introduced me to an amazing lender that had my pre-approval letter to him in 3 days!! YES, I said Three days. The search began and of course in this crazy market we had to go through some disappointments when our offer wasn't the one taken. Khristian was the only agent I contacted when we were looking to sell my elderly mother's condo. He had great reviews from previous clients and I'm so, so happy he was available to take us on as new clients. My wife and I were referred to Khristian after five frustrating months with another agent. In less than two weeks with Khristian we had our offer accepted for $15,000 less than the asking price in this crazy seller’s market. We then got the appraisal back which showed that we paid a great deal less than the house appraised at. To be honest, this is what my wife and I expected from a realtor. What we did not expect was how Khristian ensured we were happy and taken care of in our home after he was paid and no longer needed to. The day after we got the keys, just before we were to move in Khristian sent cleaners to our home to ensure we were moving into a spotless home. On our move in day he sent us over pizza and soda. Once in our home we found a few minor problems and Khristian sent us over referrals to a handyman and electrician that he knew would provide the needed repairs at a fair price. From the first day we met him to after we were in our home, Khristian listened to us and our needs and then did everything to ensure we were happy.
