Khatera Mivehchi

Words cannot begin to describe how incredible Khatera was to me and my husband. We had just stopped working with another realtor and within a day, she connected with us (through recommendation from a friend) and laid out the entire process and made sure we had all of our questions answered. She was patient, understanding, and fiercely advocated for us on every offer. She went above and beyond and gave us the ability to buy a home quite literally from the opposite side of the country with ease and helped us make sure that we never did anything that was uncomfortable and gave us sound advice without ever pressuring us to make a decision one way or another. As military buyers, she knew the ins and outs of the VA loan and was able to make recommendations on how to use it effectively in the extremely tough market. We will continue to use Khatera as long as she continues to be a realtor. Cannot recommend her enough!
