Kevin listened to our needs and met them. We bought and sold with him. Be ready to sell when you contact him because he gets it done fast. His response time is unmatched, never had a call, text or email that went more that an hour before being returned. Professional, timely and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kevin.
After listing our home 2 previous times my wife and I were a little worried about trying again. Well we had one showing, an offer within an hour, and had a contract later that night. Whenever we had a question with the selling or buying process of the house he always promptly responded. Addressed every question that day! The man never sleeps and will respond at any time of night/day. Will work and show properties in the evening and weekends including Sundays if need be.
Kevin has 11 properties for sale and sold 19 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
