I would highly recommend Kevin Walmsley for your real estate needs. He helped us to purchase our first condo, making it an easier process from start to finish. Kevin was always available via text, phone, and email. He took us on and stuck with us when so many others before him had been unresponsive or slow, or simply disappeared on us. Kevin gets the job done. He was friendly and easy to chat with - overall very personable. Kevin also really understood where we are in life, taking time to see our perspective and where our priorities are. Despite being newbies, we were never pressured and Kevin always took time to explain details in process and product. His part in our home buying journey was indispensable, as he always gave just enough advice from his experience while never making us feel inadequate.
