Great Experience When Purchasing Our Home!

Kevin was amazing to work with when my wife and I decided to purchase our home. Kevin did a great job locating properties that met our criteria and would immediately setup a showing when there was one we wanted to see. He added so much value when looking at the homes because of his background in construction and really helped us see not just the house as is, but what it could be with a little TLC. We bought in a crazy competitive market where many people would go 0 for 20 when placing offers. We only placed 3 offers. Two were accepted and were the runner up on the 3rd. It was clear that this was no coincidence and that Kevin had a system to ensure we were writing strong, but fair offers. Kevin was there every step of the way and we greatly appreciated the expertise he brought to the table. Not to mention, he made the process fun and as stress free as possible.
