Kevin and Rene made an excellent team for finding us a home. It was the first time buying a property for my wife and I, and we were very nervous. We had been saving up for a decade, and it felt crazy to trust someone to be involved with spending that money. Kevin was the right person. He took ample time to explain every part of the (confusing) process to us. He never rushed us or made us feel dumb. Instead, he empowered us to find the right home to fit our needs, and went with us on many viewings over a couple months of searching. Kevin was great and worked with me to find my dream home during a limited market in 2019. He was quick with responses and contacting sellers, I was able to see many properties I was interested in, and I never once felt pressured into something I didn't like or want. He really advocated for me throughout the buying process and was unafraid to assuage my concerns over little things (as a fist-time homebuyer it was wonderful to have this support).
