Working with Kevin Stead, alongside his wife and partner Diane, has been the greatest gift for me. Due to their diligence and insightfulness, I have had the smoothest and most fulfilling buying experience one can ask for. Throughout this process, I felt very taken care of, and they were always looking out for my best interests. In fact, they saw it as a buying experience for themselves: if it is a property they would not buy, they would not recommend it. Conversely, they always looked for properties that they themselves would feel comfortable investing in before recommending it to me. One of the greatest strengths about Team Stead is the fact that they collaboratively handle the real estate search, but also the loan application. Since Diane functions as a loan officer, they were able to work with me on the range of properties I would be able to realistically purchase. Furthermore, their knowledge of the process from which loans are approved helped me recognize the finer details of why I should stay away from certain types of properties, or go forward with putting together an offer. I am deeply grateful for Kevin and Diane Stead. I am very happy in my new home because of them. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Kevin and Diane, because it is rare to find such genuine people in their line of work. While I hope I would not need to go through the buying process again anytime soon, I already miss working them. Please hire Team Stead! You won't regret it.

Working with Kevin was an absolute delight! We were first time home buyers during the middle of COVID times and he made the entire experience less overwhelming. He was very communicative and flexible in showing us properties while we worked through our schedule and we were able to find a great condo a lot sooner than expected. Mr. Stead helped us with the sale of our house in Irvine and the process was very smooth since he was in constant communication with us and worked with other agencies to garner a lot of interest in our property. Not only did we use him to sell our house, but we also used him to represent us to purchase another house. We spent a long time looking (many months of going to "open houses") and he never got upset and was extremely active at helping us. He was in contact with us quite often and he kept at it until we finally were able to find a great house! It's worth noting that he is very professional, very patient, and very helpful..!!
