We have enjoyed working with Kevin and have worked with him twice, once to buy our house and then to sell it. We had to go through the whole process while being out of state when we bought the house and he has made it very easy for us. Always available by phone, text and to do lots of showing when we came in town, twice, so we could find our dream home, and we did. We called him back to sell the house 2 years later and he was always on top of everything knowing that we were moving out of state this time. Kevin Snow is a knowledgeable and honest agent who is direct, fast and easy to work with. On our first visit with him, we left thinking, "This guy knows his stuff." He helped us buy our first home, and it was a HUD property. We were able to get a home in a much nicer neighborhood thanks to Kevin's expertise in dealing with HUD. Buying a home is stressful, and HUD properties are even more stressful, due to the bureaucratic craziness involved but Kevin Snow made the process much less so. We are always quick to recommend him to others we meet who are home shopping.
