Kevin was awesome throughout the homebuying process and has continued to help us out even after the purchase was complete. I feel like many realtors will blow smoke to make a sale, but Kevin is a no nonsense guy and has an amazing eye for what makes a good house. Oftentimes renovated houses look good on the surface, but he was always quick to spot any potential issues that would be easy to miss on a first look and cause expensive problems down the line. I would happily recommend him with no hesitation, and if I ever need to buy another house he is going to be the first person I call.
