Kevin Shipley, Owner/Broker Lakefront Specialist Practically a Native Floridian, Kevin has lived in Florida since 1983 and resides in Historic Mount Dora. His enthusiasm for water activities began when he was in grade school. With his family’s new ski boat, Kevin zealously invited his friends to the lake on a weekly basis for a day of skiing and boating. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, he went on to work in the telecommunication business. Starting in sales with T-Mobile, he quickly found his niche specializing in computer aided drafting for the engineering department at AT&T. In 2015 Kevin made a career change to Real Estate. The range of business skills acquired from his past positions helped to develop his career. With an unobstructed vision for his future and without hesitation, he pursued his Real Estate Broker license. “I strongly feel that providing a personal service approach with up-to-date information and strong market knowledge is key to a mutually beneficial experience for myself and my customers.” he said. “I take pride in my services, and I spend quality time educating my buyers on the steps to homeownership. Outside of his work life, Kevin enjoys various outdoors hobbies. In his free time, he loves golfing, hiking, surfing, boating, and wake boarding.
