Buying our first home could have been stressful, but Kevin ensured that we always had the information we needed, secured us showings at times that were convenient for us, and helped us make a savvy offer that came in below our budget but at the top of the offer pile. It's easy to think you can learn everything you need to know about real estate on the internet, but that's not true: Kevin proved to us that Google is no substitute for experience. We never would have gotten our perfect house and the perfect price without his guidance.<br/><br/>He let us take our time finding the right house and then helped us act quickly when we needed to, which kept us out of competition.
