Kevin and Linda Sharkey were WONDERFUL to work with. With their help, my husband and I recently purchased our first home. We had NO idea where to start, what to look for in a home, etc. etc., and having an experienced real estate agent was HUGE. Kevin and Linda were a great team - always got back to us quickly, answered all of our questions, etc. Kevin was great at pointing things out in a home that we would have never thought to look at/look for. They were honest, very knowledgeable, and made the process "fun." Most importantly, we could trust them.

Our closing was difficult. Lost paperwork from previous closing. Very helpful during a stressful time.

Homes in our price range were not selling at the time we put ours on the market, there were two homes in our neighborhood that had been on the market a long time. Kevin sold our home in about three months, very quickly at the time, Kevin knows the market and knows how to show case your home, help you pick the right price, after working with so many different realtors over the years, I can honestly say Kevin is hands down the best. On other homes we have sold, we always started out liking the realtors we had selected, but by closing time, I was unhappy and never wanted to see them again. With Kevin and Linda we liked them in the beginning and we were so happy and pleased when we reached the Closing. I would hire them again without question or worry
