No Home To Far!!

We had the pleasure of contacting Kevin by phone for one of his listings while still living out of state. I wanted that shiny vineyard on the hill but my husband had other ideas for retirement so we had to pass on that property!! From our wonderful conversations with Kevin, we knew we would be working with him once we arrived in Tennessee. We could not have picked a better realtor. I could literally write a book on the experiences we have had, the laughter, the patience with us and his determination to find us our perfect home. He is always positive and happy. When we were so dismayed Kevin would bring the sunshine. Never was he negative or frustrated with our search. We looked at homes all over the middle of Tennessee. He accommodated us either meeting us at the property or doing a video walk through. One home we wanted to see was over 3 hours away from him so he made accommodations with the realtor to show us the property. No Home Was to Far!!! We were extremely flexible from purchasing a historical home all the way to building a home. It did not sway him. He explained the areas of Tennessee along with providing us with knowledge on the counties, government differences etc... He was a wealth of information that lead to our final decision. Beyond being a great realtor, he is a wonderful man that we now will call one of our new friends in Tennessee.
