We contacted Kevin to help us out with an uncommon townhouse purchase. From the beginning he was very thorough, responsive, and attentive to our needs. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to other people. Thanks Kevin!
My wife and I moved to the Atlanta area and fell in love with Virginia Highlands. A friend recommended that we look at some houses with Kevin. It was an amazing experience. Kevin had in-depth local knowledge of the area. He was very patient and understanding with us. He gave his honest opinion on questions when we asked. He was not out to make another sale but to find us a home we would love. I could not recommend him enough.
Kevin has done several transactions for us - bought and sold a townhome, bought and sold a house, and sold another house. He is always available for whatever buying or selling crisis comes up; he has a great network of contacts for lending, staging, home improvement, etc.; and has had a solution for every unusual situation we threw at him. There is no one we would trust more in this business!
Kevin came highly recommended to us, and he lived up to the hype no question. His deep knowledge and experience with Atlanta real estate was a key part to finding and closing on our home purchase during the hot 2021 market. Not only did he know neighborhoods well, but he helped us evaluate important home features and any quality concerns. Kevin does an incredible job getting to know his clients and prioritizing their needs and wants, while providing counsel along the way. As first time home buyers, he was patient with us and the perfect person to educate us on the buying process. We truly felt he had our best interest in mind at all times and was able to suggest new strategies as the market changed rapidly. We highly recommend working with Kevin!
