Kevin is amazing. He knows Laguna Woods Village intimately including all the unique rules governing both the co-ops and condos. He spent the time we needed in showing us around, answered all our questions and put us on a drip campaign so we could continue to scope out units in our price range that came up for sale after we returned home. He is a delight to work with and we highly recommend him.
Kevin is such a professional, he promised to get my place sold for the price I wanted and did so in 8 days from the day I signed my agreement with him!! Not only did he sell my place for the price I wanted but made the entire transaction seem less, Kevin is the real deal he is a kind wonderful person that I recommend highly. Thank you Kevin for everything
We sold the laguna woods co op with Mr pollock July 2024 He was very efficient and response very quickly in any matter Without his help we couldn’t do it We highly highly recommend to anyone trying to sell your home Mr Kevin Pollock Thank you so much Kevin
Kevin is perhaps the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. We've purchased a dozen homes all over the USA. He's the best.
Kevin has great local market knowledge in area we were selling; Laguna Woods. He delivered on everything that was important to us: strong communication skills, integrity, attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to negotiate, and a proven track record of successful transactions. He helped us price right and we got an offer over asking before it even went on market (thanks to an online sneak peak of listing). Fantastic agent and I highly recommend.
Kevin was my agent when I purchased the home and then again when I sold it. After I moved out, he advised what needed to be done to attract new buyers and after I moved, he contacted a charity for some items and a cleaning service so the place would be clean and bright for showing it to prospective buyers as well as other agents
Very knowledgeable and always available for questions. Help guide us thru very difficult purchases (and sale of our house). My wife is a 39-year real estate agent. Highly recommended.
Kevin helped me and my parents find exactly what we were looking for, and not being locals, leaned on his expertise about the area. He was super responsive through the whole process and would work with him again.
Kevin is exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate and is exceptionally professional. He will make you smile allot too and help you find a place and negotiate a deal that is better than your expectations.
Mr. Pollock was extremely helpful to us in finding us a home in Laguna Woods Village. We were moving from North Idaho, and the covid-19 pandemic dissuaded us from taking flights to California to view real estate. We knew we wanted to live in the Village, but in addition to price, there were several elements we desired in our new living situation, all of which had to be determined online. Kevin took our wish list and his camera through every available property that seemed to fit our needs, and sent us extensive video tours of each home. In telephone conversations, he patiently informed us of everything we considered relevant including floor plans, storage availability, parking, views, possible road noise...everything. Once we made our decision, he helped us negotiate the best price possible for our new home, oversaw the financial arrangements and even attended the inspection for us. When we finally pulled our vehicles into the Village after the drive out, Kevin was there to show us our new home. The place was and is perfect for us. We could not be happier, and we owe Kevin a debt of gratitude for his help in getting us established here.Sincerely, Larry and Shermane Frei
