There are lots of good things to say about Kevin, but for me one of the best things is that Kevin was fun. He was always smiling and upbeat, and joked around appropriately. His knowledge of the area and the homes we looked at was top notch, and if he didn’t have the answer to a question, he knew where to find the answer, and did. Kevin kept his word and showed up on time, prepared. When things got a little frustrating, Kevin was there to help us find reasonable solutions. You can’t go wrong with Kevin.
I was impressed that Kevin is the highest producing salesman in Laguna Woods. I figured I was on the right track with this. We signed up with Kevin for one week and I didn't have any great expectations for a short period. We told Kevin exactly what we wanted. We saw several places we sort of liked in the first day. At the end of the day we found something we really liked. We had made plans to see more places the 2nd day. We saw the place we liked from the prior day and several new places. We knew that the one we liked was the one. We started proceedings the 2nd day on the purchase. It was a probate sale and Kevin was knowledgeable about what to do with this. Kevin knows a considerable amount about real estate, and he shares in such a way to make it understood. He is also personal and professional, and that's a great combination.
I have known Kevin Pollock for about four years. I originally visited the Laguna Woods area a few years ago to survey if I liked it or not, and told Kevin that I would like to get more of the feel of being a resident. He guided me around and also set me up with others in the village so I could get a much better experience. I told him I would not be buying at that point in time but would continue to investigate it. This last fall I reconnected with Kevin again and told him I wanted to spend an entire month in order to truly get the feeling of the area. He helped me to set up things with a leasing agent out of which I was able to find a manor that I eventually purchased. All the way through the sales and closing process. Kevin helped in every way possible and was very prompt in returning any questions that I had. I think he is great real estate agent that I would recommend to anyone.

Kevin is a very expetienced and knowledgeable real estate salesman. This the 2nd property in LWV he has sold for me. It it is also the 2nd home he has sold to me. Over time, he has become a friend. Before Kevin, I didn't have a lot of confidence or trust in real estate salesman. They don't make any money if they don't make a sale. But Kevin hasn't ever put pressure on me to buy or sell. As I was looking for a place in Laguna Woods, I met many realtors at the open houses I was visiting. I was informally interviewing them to see which one impressed me the most. When I met Kevin, I spent a good deal of time talking to him about his knowledge of Laguna Woods and he really seemed to know everything about it from the dues to the rules to the processes involved in doing any kind of renovations, to the pools and many other things! He gave me some handouts to take home and told me he is the number 1 buyers agent. That stuck in my head and when I finally decided I needed to sign with someone, he was my first choice. I was getting to the point where I needed to find something within a month as I had just sold the home I was living in and needed to get out by a specific date. He went to work immediately and found me quite a few homes to take a look at. He listened to what I wanted and more importantly, what I DIDN'T want in a new home. Many of the other realtors I met didn't seem to listen to me and would suggest properties that weren't "checking all of my boxes". The day my house came on the market, Kevin was all over it and called to say we have to go look at this house TODAY! All I had to do was walk inside and I knew this was the house for me! We made an offer within hours and convinced the owner not to hold the open house that she had scheduled for the coming weekend. She accepted the offer immediately and the rest is history.
