Mr. Ortega and his wife were very knowledgeable, professional and tenacious in the sale of my house. More importantly they were very comforting. I was forced to move to another state in 2011 and I didn't want to sale my home right away. Kevin made a personal visit to walk me the complete process of renting out my home. I signed immediately because he was knowledgeable and very personable and I felt he had my interest at heart....Not just trying to make money. When I decided to sale in Oct 2015, he jumped in and handled EVERYTHING. He was able to negotiated a much better price than I expected. If I move back to Houston, I will call him for help!!!!
