Kevin is EXACTLY the type of agent I was looking for ... Highly motivated, Quick to respond, an excellent problem solver ... and Kevin already had experience in my actual condo buildings. I am out of the area and he just took over for me. Our buyers and their agent were a nightmare to work with and Kevin headed off problems before we even knew they existed. He did all he promised and so much more. He was all about making the sale go smoothly for me, keeping the deal together when it looked to me like there was no way to meet the buyers' demands. I would give Kevin a 10 star rating , if there was one!
