Kevin is amazing! We just bought our first home, and Kevin was with us every step of the way. He's relaxed (no high-pressure salesy nonsense here), attentive, knowledgeable, well-connected (both with other agents and with a variety of local craftspeople and services), and just a pleasure to hang out with. As thrilled as we are with our new home, we are a little sad to lose our regular check-ins with Kevin!

As first time home buyers we were not entirely sure what we were looking for when we began our home search. Kevin realized this and spent weekend after weekend (after weekend etc.) touring homes with us and educating us on the home buying process. He consistently found us homes that met our criteria, fit our price range and were in the areas we wanted. In doing so we were able to better understand what really mattered to us in selecting a home. The home we ended up purchasing was one that we were initially unsure if we wanted to tour but we trusted Kevin's advice to check it out and are so happy with where we ended up. Overall we could not be more appreciative of all the work Kevin put in to find us the perfect home.

Kevin Meyer is an excellent agent! He is extremely knowledgeable about the Seattle, eastside and surrounding area housing markets. Kevin was great to work with. With a multiple offer situation, Kevin was able to get us our dream home, without much waiting time, as in that same day! Overall, Kevin is the perfect agent to work with. He is friendly, smart with negotiating, excellent with numbers, and most important, he is an honest agent and will not just tell you "what you want to hear." He puts his clients needs first always! Kevin is EXACTLY the type of agent I was looking for ... Highly motivated, Quick to respond, an excellent problem solver ... and Kevin already had experience in my actual condo buildings. I am out of the area and he just took over for me. Our buyers and their agent were a nightmare to work with and Kevin headed off problems before we even knew they existed. He did all he promised and so much more. He was all about making the sale go smoothly for me, keeping the deal together when it looked to me like there was no way to meet the buyers' demands.
