Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were working on a pretty tight schedule to find a home, and he was always at the ready to take us out and show us homes, sometimes multiple times in a week. He was attentive to what we were searching for in an ideal home, and really listened to us an observed us while we were looking so that he could make suggestions and guide us toward additional properties. He also had great insight and advice about the process of making minor cosmetic changes to take features from homes we saw and apply them to our "dream home" to really make it perfect for us. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and has great working relationships with others in the industry.
