After 8 years of working in the upstream oil and gas industry, I felt like I could innovate and apply many of the skills that I have acquired throughout my career to something I truly love to do, real estate. He was great help in marketing and presenting the property. When we had issues with the appraisal, he was prepared to help get it adjusted. After he submitted the paperwork, the appraisal came in at over asking!
