Kevin was excellent to work with. He sold my condo at a really great price and was very professional, responsive, personable and efficient every step of the way. Kevin was great. I told him about 6 months ago that I wanted to sell and asked for advice. I wasn’t sure whether I was going to use an agent or not but he still gave me valuable advice. All above asking price and the accepted offer was $102,000 over asking, all cash, no inspections, no appraisals. It was crazy!
