Kevin was great. I told him about 6 months ago that I wanted to sell and asked for advice. I wasn’t sure whether I was going to use an agent or not but he still gave me valuable advice. As the time drew closer, I touched base with him again and felt that I would benefit greatly from using and agent and Kevin walked me through everything. This is the first home I bought and the first one I sold. He helped me prioritize things I could do around the house to prepare for sale, he gave me referrals for folks that could help with the things that I did not want to do myself.
