The professionalism of this young man goes beyond normal expectations. His knowledge of the market and how to set the right price was what made everything move quickly. The way he helped get the home ready for viewing to getting people to get me out at closing. He even rolled up his own sleeves and made sure everything was done in order for me to get out of the property. I would highly recommend this man to anyone that is selling or buying a home. You will get more than a 100% of his efforts.

The amount of time and the challenges that were presented was not in any way shape or form Kevin’s fault, yet he made it his problem and took the burden away from me. Every time there was a question( which was few to none due to the explanation and description of what needed to be done or has been done) was answered right away, if Kevin did not know instead of simply saying I’m not sure he went out of his way to scour his resources to find the answer. There was never a minute that I was left in the dark. I could not recommend Kevin enough. I do not believe another agent out there will work as hard or diligently as Kevin to make this the best experience as possible.

Kevin helped me sell my home back in 2018 so when I was finally ready to buy again he was my first choice! He has an in depth knowledge of today’s market. He had urgency when scheduling viewings and worked for me non stop! He was happy to answer all of my questions regardless of the time of day and was always quick to respond. He made sure everything went smoothly for my quick close . Kevin really went above and beyond and made this home buying experience for me fun!

Kevin helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home! He was very knowledgeable about southern NH and northern MA. No matter what it was, Kevin tried to help us with every question we had along the way. He is funny and has great character! He was able to negotiate with the sellers agent well and performs very well under a time crunch. He was able to reply to us either on the phone or through text practically 24 hours a day for nearly 2 months while we were house shopping! Kevin made sure to always be on time to our scheduled showings or open houses. One of his main focuses is striking a personal connection, and during the course of our house shopping he became a friend of ours, rather than just a Real Estate Agent. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin, he constantly goes above and beyond to make you happy, and will always make sure you are enjoying yourself along the way!

We met Kevin through a referral and were immediately impressed by his knowledge and know-how. He made us comfortable as first time home buyers and was very helpful throughout the process, instantly answering texts or emails. The home we purchased was a new construction so Kevin accompanied us to all of the appointments where we chose flooring, countertops, appliances, etc. and he was such a wonderful resource to have throughout the process!

Kevin got referred to us by a family member and as first time home buyers he was extremely helpful with this process, taking the time to make sure we understood everything we were doing and signing. Even when it came to little things or last minute changes Kevin was there to help us move things along as quickly and efficiently as possible. We were able to purchase a house within half the amount of time we were expecting and he helped make sure out of 22 offers ours was the one on top. I have already referred him to a few friends looking to buy a house and will continue to do so.
