Before becoming a licensed agent, I spent years in the real estate investment world learning how to evaluate homes from the inside out, from the foundation and mechanical systems to the layout and design potential. That background, combined with a career in high-level sales, this gives me a unique ability to spot opportunities, negotiate strategically, and move fast when it matters most.
