Kevin and his team helped my mom sell her condo in the Marina when she needed to move to assisted living. My sister and I both live out of town, but Kevin was terrific in coordinating everything on the ground. He arranged for furniture removal, cleaning, painting, new carpets, and staging without us having to do a thing. Within a week of listing, my mom had multiple offers over asking.
