He helped us so much to succeed at a daunting task, and we are now in a home we love! Throughout the process, Kevin was always responsive, prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was able to strike the perfect balance of keeping us informed and offering information from his own experience without us feeling like we were being pressured or rushed into anything while thinking through our decisions. His patience was notable, especially as first time home-buyers who had many questions. We also found that he was very clear about what would happen at each stage of the process; finding and touring listings, what goes into making an offer, how to coordinate an inspection, negotiating with the sellers, and all the parts of closing. During the search, Kevin would send us listings that fit what we were looking for, and would reach out to get more information from the sellers' agent on any we were interested in. When touring the properties, he would offer insight on the condition of the home, what to be looking for on the walk-throughs, and what was notable (good or bad) about a given property. Kevin was always clear where he felt unsure or that something was outside of his expertise and might need the evaluation of a different professional, he was dedicated to providing us with accurate information rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Ultimately, we were able to purchase our home because of Kevin's hard work. He got us a private viewing the same day the listing hit the market, and we were able to put in an offer before the scheduled open houses happened.
